I feel relaxed in a room with warm wood tones and a pastel green. Bed was firm and I could sleep well at night. The pillows have a hard side that made leaning on the headboard comfortable, perfect for scrolling on your phone while in bed or reading a book. Wifi signal is strong and I did not have any issues with the speed. There are multiple USB ports that made charging all my devices easy. At the reception they also rent out JP type wallplugs, so convenient. Airco fan is silent and I did not feel bothered by the noise or breeze if I left it on while sleeping. Shampoo and bodywash don't have a strong smell. The water warms up fast and the pressure is strong. I did not mind the walk from the JR Takanawa Gateway station. While the KK metro line A4 exit is one building away making transfer from and to the airport so easy. I found myself always stopping at the 7 eleven as I would pass by it on my way to the room. Thanks to the lovely reception staff who helped me out in English! Hope to see you again in the future as I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is just a 3- 5 minute walk from Sengakuji station. This station has 2 main lines Toei Asakusa and Keikyu Main lines. It gives you an easy access to main places like Shinagawa and Shinjuku stations, which can further connect you to main tourist spots in Tokyo. So a very nice option for travel. There is a 7 Eleven and Lawson near the hotel. The staff was really friendly. They let us store our luggage till our check in time. The hotel provides traditional Japanese night dress and toiletries. The size of the room and bathroom was small however that is the case almost everywhere in Japan. Apparently this one was still decently sized than the others that we stayed in. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and equipped with all amenities. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. The hotel provided the luggage courier service- Yamato and it made our travel easy. Over all a great experience and a very nice hotel for the price.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel, which is in a very convenient location—just a 3-minute walk from Sengakuji Station (Gate A4). If you have a lot of luggage, though, it’s better to use Gate A2, which is a bit farther with a lift (about 8 minutes). The station is on a direct train line and just a few stops from Haneda Airport, which made our travel very easy. The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful, great for a restful night’s sleep. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but there’s a 7-Eleven and a Lawson within walking distance, which came in handy. As with many Japanese hotels, the room was small but very functional and clean. The shared area has coin-operated laundry machines, dryers, a microwave, and even an ice dispenser, which was perfect for summer. The staff were all very friendly and polite.

Great location, very close to Sengakuji station (direct train links to both airports) and 10 mins walk from another station which we used much more to visit central Tokyo sights. Free ‘proper’ coffee in the lobby from 6-10am and 3pm-1am. Room tiny, but no smaller than other low-cost hotels we could find, and there was space to have two large rucksacks on the floor. Everything was very clean. Fresh towels left on the door handle every day (they don’t clean daily) and items such as robes available in the lobby. This hotel was significantly cheaper than most others we could find and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. We also used their luggage transfer to the next hotel - very easy and good value (bags arrive the next day, so should be with us tomorrow!) this service seemed well-run.

Absolutely fantastic staff at the reception. Welcoming and very helpful with restaurant reservations and anything we asked for. They allowed us to store luggage overnight as we checked out for one night and then checked back in. The rooms are ok sized for Japanese standards and they were comfortable. There is a metro station and 7/11 right next to the hotel. A direct metro line goes to Haneda airport from there which was very convenient for us. There are 2 washing machines and 2 driers in the hotel which we made use of.
